Hi, I’m Bing. I am a Lead Product Designer focused on making complex digital experiences feel effortless.

With over a decade of experience, I specialize in bridging the gap between business goals, technical constraints, and user needs. My background is unique: I hold a Ph.D. and was previously an Assistant Professor of design. I eventually moved into the industry to stay at the forefront of rapid technological shifts and to build products that scale.

Most recently, I’ve been exploring the intersection of AI and UX, focusing on how machine learning can create more predictive and personalized user journeys.
